BYD ELECTRONIC Sells Press Equipment, Other Assets to BYD COMPANY

$BYD ELECTRONIC(00285.HK)$ agreed that the total consideration for the assets to be sold to $BYD COMPANY(01211.HK)$ shall be equivalent to the unaudited net asset value of the assets as of the date of delivery and will be paid in cash by BYDCOMPANY to the company. As of November 28th, the unaudited net asset value of the assets is approximately RMB121 million due to depreciation of the assets accrued up to the date of delivery, and it is expected that the above net asset value can be adjusted downward on the date of delivery of the assets.
