BYD Buys back 959,900 A Shrs for 1st Time, Involving RMB201M

BYD announced that it repurchased 959,900 A shares of the company for the first time on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) at RMB206.62-211.42 per share on 25 April, involving a total amount of about RMB201 million.

According to the 2024 Repurchase Scheme, BYD intended to repurchase A shares for a total amount of RMB400 million, at a price of not more than RMB270 per share, and expected to repurchase no less than 1.4814 million shares.
