73810387 : Of course, the management is complicit in the scam. Otherwise how would anyone be able to dump and benefit from the pump? Someone needed to have millions of shares before the pump started. The plan was to pump (i.e. management sells worthless shares at inflated prices to the victims), dump and buy again at throw away price.
