73431864 : The stock itself is not a scam. It is a legitimate company. The scam apparently was that the largest insider shareholder of Bozza, Hou Huang hired a group of market makers to pump up the volume so he could unload around 1/4 to a 1/3 of the shares of the company at a premium. Now a large number of small investors own those shares. The stock does have a value. Deciding on that value is what the future holds.
If all these small investors want to sell their shares, they need to figure out a way to pump up the volume and entice new buyers, or take the time to sell them at the best price. Otherwise the price wil crash. In fact, I see that is most likely going to happen. Because panicked people are not going to act rationally. Those who plan to hold for a longer term until the price stabilizes are more likely to see less of a loss. The best price which it stabalizes at could be $0.10, $4.00, or somewhere inbetween. Your guess is as good as mine.
The company has experienced issues since 2018 and is not is good financial shape. But it has had a significant change in upper management this year, so maybe they can turn it around.
