$CN HEALTH TECH(01069.HK$ do we have any legit expert here? thought someone was buying but now it sounded like it will resume trading in late Aug or early Sept. would love to get some of your thought.

Jaguar8 : You will not lose cash. In fact you will earn more. Once the trading resumes, stock price will soar! Halt is made due to acquisition news. Once acquisition is in order, they have to apply to the Securities Regulation Commission of the HK Stock Exchange for this. And when it resumes trading, usually stock price is expected to soar.
Sanju Jaguar8: Is going to be under the same HK ticker when they apply to the Security Regulation Commission? How long the process takes place? If it’s true that the price will go up then Who is going to buy our stock with higher price after the resumption?
Jaguar8 Sanju: Same ticket of course. There will still be investors who will buy for sure. I invested on my own and I didn’t pull out and I thought the halt was because of possible market manipulation which had a drop >10% the other day. Fortunately, it’s more good news because of acquisition. Usually stocks soar after opening. Let us pray. I’m hopeful.
Sanju : Yes, finger crossed. There is not a formal announcement came from the company why they halt the trading or there is no where to find anything about acquisition. That created a lot of questions around the future of in investors money. If we believe that there will be buyers to buy the stock but right now the hype is everyone wants to sell as soon as the trading resumes. There is a lot of negativity with legitimate questions in the comment section though from all who invested in this stock.

Jaguar8 Sanju: Let us do more research and wait. I’m hoping it will really go up like that of ROOT. I don’t know how long it would take for the halt though. So it’s a waiting game for us. I don’t want to lose money here. Bought it at 1.19
Jaguar8 Sanju: I’m keeping a positive mindset when it comes to this. I hope we hear more news or details about the acquisition. I just hope that the published news of acquisition by the company is legit or else, we are screwed
psm5888 : @i dont think we'll know until the day it opens whether it's legit or not. 2 weeks to 6 weeks. and even then, we don't actually know it'll open in Sept. the same person/persons who scammed us are relaying that information, which causes me to doubt it
Jaguar8 Sanju: I hear you. We all have the same fears. If this bottoms out, we are doomed. The short sellers and other capital institutions may have made a last minute selling 15 minutes before trading closed so the price plummeted. Let us just hope for the best.
