Majority of their catalysts is coming next year and 2027, as they have move back their timeline to build infrastructure specifically for Nvidia’s Vera Rubin architecture, which is non-compatible to Blackwell.
Washington is their earliest site to be completed (2026 - conversion from mining), and have chance to be cloud strategy where they own the GPUs (Blackwell in this case), rather than collocation.
So if you are looking for short term price appreciation, you better hope the overall market sentiment is up. This company need time before people start appreciating.
