Bitcoin Halving on 4/20

$Bitcoin(BTC.CC)$ I don't know if that's a sign but that tells me PRICES ARE HIGH or they could get higher than where they are at lol but on a serious note, weird how prices are hanging around the Neckline of the H&S and TT which could confirm or fail it....could be a Sell the News thing or buy the dip if it dips more. If this bounces and doesn't break ATH then it will sell-off imo.
