though. Add a little as a short term swing to 6 dollar. Big lots has faced liquidity issue since 2022, and drop so much. They have to sell things really cheap and in loss to get cash back to repay loans, and as always seeking better financing to avoid rolling in to 10% to 15% expensive loans. Filing says vague but point is 900 million asset collateral loans are safe. Enough to repay long term loan 500 to 600 millions.
Not a surprise Bloomberg says that and people speculate it will bankrupt like bbby and Macy’s. Mr. Chukumba is very experiened and I see his point. Macy’s did massive liquidation like 70% to 80% off in 2020 and 2021, now they are so good. It should be the final strike from shorts. Looking forward to earnings.

lawsuit between founder’s widows and heirs.
