$Fisker(FSR.US$ Blackrock sold almost 500k shares on 31st Jan and FifthDelta sold almost 3.5mil shares on 22nd Jan. I wonder they are engaged in shorting the stocks. Good news is Magna bought almost 8.5mil shares recently' not sure of the date. Vguard bought 2mil shares too. Looks like promoter category is opening up!

73677513OP HC Luck7: Easy..in this same app..for every stock you get News-> Announcement tab to show the official filings. The latest was filed today by Blackrock for the sale of 31st Jan. I am just the messenger to collect it and present. All past records are also from there. Rest is my opinion.
