Gmcine Technology (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. recently saw changes in its shareholders, with Baidu (China) Co. Ltd., a subsidiary of BIDU, becoming a new shareholder.
Additionally, Gmcine (Shenzhen)'s registered capital has increased from RMB1 million to approximately RMB1.14 million. Established in September last year, Gmcine (Shenzhen) is led by Wang Yexin and engages in various services including software development, Internet data services, and AI application software development.
