ANYTHING under $2 moves super slow, because of the way it is calculated. look at plug today, its moved super slow. THATS HIGHLY shorted and has 200 million volume today. Well it’s currently slightly under 200 million, but still. crazy volume, and good earnings and it’s moved .39 cents today. The real moves happen in pre market and post market.
