you have to buy this sector it's no different than semiconductors you want to own a variety of semiconductors outside of Nvidia because some of the smaller ones is a matter of percent are going to put a hell of a lot more money in your pocket when they go up versus the best of breed which is NVIDIA. so you can own rocket mortgage and it's a great company and I pounded the table on Rocket all last year 11 $12 you can read about it and it's mid-20s right now and it probably is going to go to 50 bucks at some point in time over the next year or so but that's only 100% return lending tree it was over $300 you can see where it is and I've talked about lending tree and it's under accumulation by institutions right now. but the money is made on the mortgage broker the mortgage lender side at 18 to 20 times more than on the housing side new homes being bought sold existing homes bought sold you want to be the one loaning the money that's where you ring the cash register that's where the stocks are going to see huge increases hundreds and hundreds of percent you're over your quarter to quarter in revenue and profits and Wall Street will flock to these stocks when that happens. but you got to own them all
