BABA to Complete Dual Primary Listing in Hong Kong by End-August 2024

BABA expects to finish its conversion to a dual primary listing in Hong Kong by the end of August 2024, following its July 2022 application to HKEX $HKEX(00388.HK)$ to upgrade from a secondary listing. The company will announce the exact date separately.
