BABA-SW's Shareholding in GOGOX Drops to 4.88%

Taobao China Holding, a subsidiary of $BABA-SW(09988.HK)$ , reduced its stake in $GOGOX(02246.HK)$ on market by a total of 1.2172 million shares at an average price of $0.3516 per share on 2 February, involving a total of nearly $427,800, as the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's disclosure of interests showed.

After the reduction, $BABA-SW(09988.HK)$ 's shareholding in GOGOX was further reduced from 5.07% to 4.88%, which was below the discloseable level.
