As we move from tech to others,……Bowlero will be king
Bowlero practiclly owns the bowling industry and has moved to a lease back strucure for much or all of its locations to protect themselves against higher interest rates and free up quite a bit of cash to pay down debt. All of Bowlero’s locations as a percentage of their total properties under their umbrella are begiinning to generate dollars. This rate of revenue generation seems to be destined to go up from here. …And quite a bit at that.
if Bowlero doesn’t hit 30 by year end or sooner……..Ill be aghast!
