Are Shari Redstone and PARA Screwing Over Common Shareholders?
Shari Redstone and the $Paramount Global-B(PARA.US$ Board are allegedly only selling the voting shares to Skydance at a HUGE premium while planning to dilute the other 90% of common stock by issuing more shares to pay off PARA debt… which could drive the common share price below $5.
After Apollo Management and Byron Allen Media each offered over $24 per common share in separate bids, if Redstone does this, expect a Class Action Lawsuit against her and the PARA Board.

TMW1986 : Yes. Warren Buffet will be angry.
Justin BrewerOP TMW1986: I’m glad Warren will be on the common shareholders’ side. I know he’s sold a bunch of shares, but I think he/Berkshire is still the largest shareholder of common stock
TMW1986 Justin BrewerOP: Yes yes. Hopefully they don’t short change Warren Buffet. I think Ellison deal should be decent. However, still got short sellers looming 14% shorted, so as long deal don’t confirm, price will be surpressed below USD14-15.
