70726270 : were you surprised? Munn wants big investors. So he's likely letting them know ahead of time what he's doing. So their stock purchasers know where we are, and the market cap can be bought by them nX over. So they keep it suppressed until they get enough shares at the price they want. The individual pulling the action wants as a big a cut as possible.
If we did this, not having their congressional protection, we'd go to prison.
