As a buyer, if I intend to acquire this R&D company, it must be because I see the promising development prospects of its products. At this point, it would make sense to first release some negative news to depress the stock price so that the acquisition can be completed at the lowest possible cost for maximum effect. Moreover, the plan is to purchase the entire R&D team as a package deal. The stock price is unlikely to fall below 0.088 yuan (the buyer's price), and the buyer has already achieved this, now awaiting approval. Once the acquisition is finalized, various positive developments will be announced to drive up the stock price, ensuring a perfect acquisition. From another perspective, retail investors should recognize that all the company’s R&D projects remain unchanged; only the ownership has shifted to a wealthier investor, which is undoubtedly beneficial for the R&D team. The current stock price is not much higher than what the new owner paid. I understand the hesitation to add more shares, but those considering selling at a loss should think carefully before acting, as they might be selling at the bottom.
