Ant Group Implements New Organizational Changes

Eric Jing, Chairman and CEO of Ant Group, has announced a series of organizational upgrades in a staff memo. As part of these changes, Han Xinyi will assume the role of President of Ant Group, overseeing digital payment, digital interconnection, and digital finance businesses. Han will report directly to Jing, according to reports from Chinese media.

Furthermore, Ant International, OceanBase, and Ant Digital will establish their own independent boards of directors to address the market autonomously. Jing emphasized in his memo that these structural adjustments aim to accelerate the Group's transformation and advance Ant's key strategies, including "AI First," "Alipay Double Flywheel," and "Accelerated Globalization."
