FANCY PANTS : Shareholders didn't approve anything- David and his Board of Goonies have nearly the majority to approve anything they want to vote on.
And I highly doubt they will get another extension when they've already received two delisting notices, with two reverse splits, and still fail to maintain compliance.

ItIstheTimeNowOP : One down that I know of. the Nas is not going to shut them down knowing how much money the market makes off Mullen. Naked shorting or not. Getting commercial contracts much harder and more time-consuming.
ItIstheTimeNowOP FANCY PANTS: David can't vote his shares for his own $ the shareholders and board does. Now he can convince the board to sway a certain way but they don't "have to". The board is as much to blame as David for the shortfalls and dilution.
Knowing how much retail is behind this stock why would it keep going down when it has AMC type backing and potential to be in compliance 10 fold? There shannigans going on as with alot of stocks but they have enough ammo to get another extension. It's not that uncommon especially with a newer market.

I may not agree with it entirely, but you have no idea how much I've bashed my head against a wall here by goobers who are incapable of having an actual bull vs bear discussion without getting offended and defensive, or just mindlessly post emojis and say "MULN to $100!" with no reasoning.

brokeballerrr ItIstheTimeNowOP: i do want to add a little to this. You are correct that David himself can not have a vote but can influence the board and other shareholders. BUT, back in the end of June when he was awarded 2.6 million shares he followed up the next day but gifting all of them away to an "unknown recipient"....all 2.6 million which neither he nor the recipient have to disclosed.
He also gifted 6 million shares to an unknown recipient as well last February. Now I'm not assuming but it just seems fishy that he would gift that amount of shares to a unknown person and then follow up with a total of 3 reverse splits since.....I know that if I wanted to make things work in my favor that I'd be gifting shares to "unknown" people to better my chances in decisions going in my favor.
Just wanted to put that out there for public knowledge.

You only lose money if you sell. Mullen has been around too long to just go bankrupt. Someone could buy them out, but the thing that everyone hates about David (his greed) is what will prevent that from happening. But the same people complaining are greedy themselves.
Being at its low means it will make new highs soon. I would prefer not to see a squeeze unless the float is eaten up at least by 50% by Mullen and/or David plus a few institutions. Would rather see gradual increases through the next 6 months. Which should be a good possibility with production and deliveries (no matter how much) happening over the next 3 months. Those orders should bring in additional future ones into 2024.
