AMTD Digital announces new $20M share repurchase program
• AMTD Digital (NYSE:HKD) has authorized a new share repurchase program under which the Co. may repurchase up to $20M of its ADSs or ordinary shares until the end of the last business day of the first quarter in 2024.
• The Co. plans to adopt and implement this share repurchase program in accordance with applicable rules and requirements under the Securities Exchange Act.
