Investors_unite : You r doing much better than the doc who tot it was a great idea to broadcast to short one of the stocks (starting w V), that stock has been riding up everyday non-stop at high speed ever since he recommended to short, so much so that it’s better to reverse what he says and do normal buy and sell everyday instead to gain

Firstly, trading and investing are two different animal.
Day trading is a different species from swing trading.
A lot af analysts and furus can talk very eloquently & do fantastic analysis/research but market does not move based on fundamental alone.
Example, recent AMD earning report was good but apparently it's not good enough and market sentiment whacked it down today to - 4.30% at one point today.
Market is always sentiment driven regardless of the fundamental over short term. That is where the money is since market was created over a century ago.
At the end of the day, ability to read price action/sentiment and execute flawlessly is what counts, and it's not easy.
Opportunity for good setup is not always present and people are human being with emotion. Your biggest obstacle is yourself.
