AMD insiders have sold a total of about 7 million US dollars...
AMD insiders have sold a total of about 7 million US dollars worth of shares in the last three months, and analysts have not recorded any stock purchases during the same period.
Over the past 12 months, AMD insiders have sold AMD shares worth nearly 16 million dollars. They have not bought the company's shares, but only sold them. Among them, an AMD insider named Forrest Norrod sold 10% of the shares held, or 5.3 million dollars of AMD shares. The selling price was 176 US dollars per share, which is lower than AMD's current stock price of 191 US dollars.
Analysts pointed out that if multiple insiders sell stocks in large quantities in a short period of time, this may mean that they think the current value of the stock is higher than its actual value, or that they have pessimistic expectations about the future of the company.

EnjoyTheProcess : dude, nothing against u, but I have to point out that the statement u r forwarding is very biased. If u have done a comparison, u'll have realised that insiders at Nvidia also offloaded shares, with total value worth multiple times that of amount offloaded by AMD insiders.
Nothing wrong with taking profit when share price is surging. I will be more concerned if insiders are offloading all their shares at a time when share prices are tanking. Just my two cents worth of opinion. Cheers!
Master CorgiOP EnjoyTheProcess: WHAT HAPPENED? AMD plummeted 7% in the intraday period, and insiders selling stocks attracted market attention
EnjoyTheProcess Master CorgiOP: don't u think the news is sensationalised to make AMD look bad? But one thing i didn't realise earlier, the price has dropped below mid Bollinger band. Short term trend seems to be down.
102334963 : This is a fact! As soon as I say this, some people are uncomfortable and don't understand who they are
