Why the suddenly drop these few weeks? It appears to be a concerted effort to dump A shares in HK.

Not just dumping but also heavily shorting not just A shares but also RMB.  China Bank today are also starting to dump USD to snook the RMB shorters. They are also tightening shorters on A Shares. Its going to be a turbulent ride.
