Buying Alibaba is buying a large piece of business with exposure in different sectors they are in and with good fundamentals. Eventually they will go up certainly. Alibaba will never collapse given how majority of the chinese society are already using their services, it has already turned into a network effect where switching cost can be deemed high for them.
