ALI HEALTH Changes CEO

$ALI HEALTH(00241.HK)$ under $Alibaba(BABA.US)$ announced that Shen Difan, executive Director of the Company, was appointed as the chief executive officer of the Company, with effect from the close of business yesterday (28th).

With effect from the same date, Zhu Shunyan tendered his resignation as the Chief Executive Officer, and will remain as an executive Director, the chairman of the Board and the chairman of the nomination committee of the Company, for the purpose of focusing on the Group’s long-term strategic development plan.
