StockPickingPoodle : its there as an option, not a requirement to buyback ..the reality is they are getting a good interest rate on the 4 billion cash ,So while they could use the cash to buy stock interest is garuntee. .I just profited 60 k on a home sale an while I could put it into stock ,300 month interest is garuntee that I could use to buy stock monthly with and not worry bout loss...
