Aims APAC REIT- At what price would I BUY this Sg REIT?
AIMS APAC REIT (AA REIT) has been posting positive rental reversions of 20-30% for the past few quarterly updates. These are obscene numbers that I thought only exists in the SG residential market. Now that got me really interested to investigate more.
1) Will the increase in rent help offset the rising interest rate environment?
2) Would having ESR Cayman as the largest unitholder be a boon or bane?
3) Hows the debt situation at the REIT looking like?
4) What is the historical P/B valuation?
