AEM's high parallel thermal engine has been selected as the plan-of-record for a major fabless provider's advanced system level test (SLT) insertions. The unnamed company is the provider of high-performance compute (HPC) and artificial intelligence (AI) semiconductor chips.

According to AEM, its product is tailored for high-volume manufacturing (HVM), and is designed to cater to the evolving test needs of its customer's new device roadmap.

Initial deliveries are scheduled to commence in FY2024, with subsequent deliveries anticipated in the following years.
