$AMC Entertainment(AMC.US$ Purchased 42 shares after RS to swallow the float and 11 shares to swallow the 40 M shares dilution. At these prices, the task is pretty easy. I have done my part.
The math:
158.36 M shares (float) / 3.8 M retail investors = 41.67 shares per retail investor to own the float
40 M shares (dilution) / 3.8 M retail investors = 10.52 shares per retail investor to own the new share offering
