Account Activation

Moomoo Canada, it's going to 3 weeks since I applied to open an account, and yet I can't seem to get a clear answer as to why the account hasn't been activated.
it's a very bad first impression on you.
I have called and sent messages, but all i get is ...the account will be ready in 1-2 days. This has been going on since September 25th.
