gunzgunz : Go to account tab, history, fund details. You should see a coupon. For me max 80k for 60 days, I get about $244. Don't know correct or not.. Haha

anyway, I've just called the hotline, they tried checking, but to no avail and told me they will escalate up.
FYI, my 60days ended 22nd Dec 2023, it's now Feb 2024 n still not credited. what if I don't check n call? I've trust issue with moomoo now.
RandomRando gunzgunz: Should be correct, because you already got 3.8-3.9+% from the daily interest. So the top up to 5.8% is slightly less than 2% p.a.
0.02 x $80K x 60 days/365 days = $263
RandomRando 104173500OP: The problem is that it shows up as a coupon, and the amount isn’t credited until you use the coupon. And everyone who has used the coupon can no longer take a screenshot because after using, it disappears but shows up in My Rewards just saying that you used the coupon (no record of dollar amount).
Anyway, just check again. Me->Coupons. If it’s not there, then Customer Service has to help you.
