45 days experience using Moomoo
I'm a future derivatives trader, not experienced in the stocks market. Have been into stock market but since stocks are not as fast as future and index trading, I avoided it. Now, with the free Apple stocks, I decided to try this Moomoo app.
1st experience, the app is very user-friendly. Those who have tried those RHB, Kenanga systems know what I'm talking about 🤣. Those black screens and candle sticks with all the counters at the corner look like you driving a submarine.
Back to moomoo, the interface are simple, clean and easy to navigate. I can pick the stock of what I want and it enter into a page that show all relevant information. Even with the net outflow or inflow, which I think is very useful.
The 2nd thing that I want to highlight is the community here. To be honest, sharing information between users here is very rewarding. As a community, I learned from others and also taught other. Bad side is , we need to filter out some bad apples here. As the community grow, there tend to be some people who purposely spread fake news. So , I think moomoo can improve here by adding some report functions.
Lastly, my PnL for this 45 days are more than 20%, with an initial capital of 8k, with the free apple stock, which I sold off at USD 173. Conclusions, new users' reward given by moomoo is very good compared to any broker house in Malaysia.
Cheer and shout out to Moomoo for coming to Malaysia. Hope he can make other dinosaur broker exchanges to wake up, improve, and give out better reward !

Ryugentrades : Agree, so far I like the community here. Most has constructive views. There is no right or wrong, its matter of timing and perspective and at the end each of us accountable for own trades. And the community here respects that.

mjbondOP Ryugentrades: I trade using Philip Malaysia and also Singapore. Using Nova and tradingview . How about you?
Ryugentrades : I see. I use CGS CIMB, more for FCPO and FKLI. You are right, futures is so fast, I got to adjust and am still adjusting to it, no joke man, it’s fast and furious.
