3rd Non-compliant letter!!
$Mullen Automotive(MULN.US$ To be clear; MULN has not met the NASDAQ minimum requirements (non-compliant) for over one full year as of today MULN has been non-compliant with the NASDAQ listing rules for **over one full year** now and has already been granted **two** 180 day extensions to get compliant. They are now **asking for a 3rd** extension: Todays SEC filing (8K) stating notice of non-compliance:
