Deep Sea : Not possible to drop 30. Bottom at 33.15 today. There is more rate hike as inflation is creeping up again with Brent crude hiting $86. Banks will benefit from higher interest income should interest rate continue to go higher. This is my view.
TylerJooOP : Raising interest rate is not exactly good for banks.
Cons for rising interest rates are such that.
1) Paying off existing loans
2) Lesser borrowing
3) Higher delinquency.
Raising interest rate may not always be a good outlook for bank.
