Swing overnight $Tesla (TSLA.US)$ 1 day against the sudden strong trend upward after all the bad news.
Refusal to exit and go against the trend was huge mistake. That is exactly my April 2025 gain wiped out in single overnight swing. All because I went to sleep. Swing trade is so dangerous. This meme stock is super dangerous.
Refused to admit I was wrong in the direction and did not exit at near breakeven. To save a few hundred dollars ended up lose 100 times more.

protraderx OP Jiahong Weng : It is very important to avoid depending on hope and drag longer against the trend, especially in a meme stock, as that loss can increase to 70k in no time. This loss happened because I let it drag over one day by a sleep. On the other hand, if think about it, 34k usd loss is possible to recover in one month as I have done even 100k in one month during good time but the psychological big loss will make it a lot harder as you're now more risk adverse. Now, no risk, no gain become more pronounced. That is why trading is very hard, even though the technical is very easy. That's the reason when you are on a big winning streak, you'll make money more easily the next one. Conversely, when you're in a losing streak, you'll make it harder to make money the next one. It's all psychology.
FO Conditioning : you're not alone sir, don't let this losing streak bog you down, I don't see other traders as legit as you are since your badges speak the truth, I have lost my entire life savings once and I repeated the same mistake 4 times afterwards but lucky me that those 3 times I evaded capitulation and once lost insignificant amount of capital, it was to save hundreds but to lose thousands because my ego said I must always win
