$Super Micro Computer(SMCI.US$ didn't read the news why it is so bullish. Got caught. Told my self do not trade this highly manipulated SMCI but didn't heed.
Wasted too many times to exit with smaller loss didn't do it. But still lucky to exit before it shot over 940. This is very bad. Took away my past 4 wins from realised day trade days. Will stop trading for a while to rest.

Bruski2023 Master Corgi: We’ve all been there, I set mine at 15-20% max and learned the hard way that 15-20% is much better than 90-95%. Most times I set them at 10% if it’s more than a 2500 trade
protraderxOP : For certain stocks, you need a wide or mental stop loss. Previously, I was down $12k on SMCI, but I expected a plunge before the earnings report due to manipulation. I turned a day trade into a 6-day hold, anticipating this move. Two days ago, the plunge happened, and I exited with a $1,239 usd profit in 6 days realised. This was one of dozens epic turn around from big loss to winning trades within same day or hold few days. But this particular case is wrong way of trading because the spread is just too big and csn very fast get into huge losses.
Buy I do not recommend this unless your price manipulation readings are damn good, and we can never be 100% sure. The emotional upheaval is not something we want to go through especially more so for a big spread with very high institutions' manipulation.
