1. Currently most of my money is in money market funds. Next year I am interested in buying more stocks and ETF.
2. My goal is to find ways to earn more than 5% returns, be it dividend stocks or ETF or funds. The deadline is by end of 2024.

These goals emphasize clarity by defining precise asset allocation strategies, challenge by aiming for higher returns within acceptable risk levels, commitment by dedicating time to research and monitor investments, seeking feedback from financial advisors or mentors, and breaking down complex strategies into manageable tasks to ensure steady progress towards my investment objectives.
