He picks numbers out of his ass he thinks the 1999.com bubble was a starting point for all of his hundred baggers. that's the only way I can describe it because his asinine price projections would have put the stocks in 1999 30 to 50 times higher and they all imploded and most went to zero..
so there you have it forget averaging 10 to 15% in the stock market forget 3 years of the NASDAQ returning 50% thereabouts he's able to pick companies that are going to go from 2 to 374
