Bat Nirvana : they cant be seriously that stupid to try to privatize it at 0.71 ? last outing at 0.70 it was rejected.. if they have money to throw away , getting a proposal and finalizing it requires funds for logistics to be in place , then let them throw those money away by offering 0.71 .. lets see if they eill wake the f up and offer higher at least 0.75
