mine also show similar with dividend in out on 28th. But the total amount is now at lost. I put in rm10k. but after this transaction how come my total now is just rm9,979.

103452451 CT2000 OP : go to your universal account, look at your total cash, your deducted 21 with dividend is in your total cash, just add in your 21+dividend into your fund and you will see its earning.
