This_Guy : I'm not sure about this they lease many of their properties and that number has grown over the years with them selling properties to lease back. They also transferred ownership of close to 200 buildings/cinemas in 2024 which they now only operate/manage. Many of their leases are also non cancellable.  They’ve got about 3.5 billion in lease liabilities. I feel the only thing that will move this stock up will be another Gamestop rally which may come with the release of the Nintendo switch 2.
