NIMOH : I had initially planned to subscribe for excess and had even set aside the funds to do so. In the end, I utilised these funds to purchase another REIT instead during the recent period of volatility.

I see this as a win-win situation for FCT and the pre-existing shareholders. FCT gets the funds it needs to proceed with the acquisition whereas shareholders who applied for excess will get their desired allocation at a discount to current market price. Everybody wins
