Whole compamy Olam Group is in very bad shape actually
Olam Group is in very bad shape actually, the Ceo always talking about unlocking values for shareholders is basically just paper talk alike those sales con man on the streets making up numbers to confuse shareholders.
After selling off the whole Olam Agri away to Salic, the Ceo did not give any special dividend to shareholders from this sale of business and all of the cash instead are used up to clear debts.
Olam Agri makes up of 60% of their business model in Olam Group and now without Olam Agri, EBITDA are sure to drop a lot in their future earnings.
With only Ofi remaining in Olam Group, this company seems to be an empty shell now, and listing Ofi in UK does not make sense too as Olam Group are only left with Ofi now and the Ceo might as well just list Olam Group at UK.
The whole scenario of this company looks kind of scammy for their future outlook and I foresee with this Ceo who likes to turn and twist with his words about unlocking values for shareholders, it seems that Olam Group might be another empty shell company in the making.
