Trader Boy : There many REITs that have been trading lesser than NAV and never reach NAV price. And some is always above the NAV. Using historical Price to NAV for that particular reit will be a better way.
For this reit, even price drop is not attractive cos the DPU also drop a lot.
DPU have been going down for years and most likely this will be the trend.
MrMOP Trader Boy: Okay lah backing by strong bluechip sponsor. Wait for China recovery bah. Still confident with China growth long term. Should go back to 1.20, collect good dividends in the meantime.
