Apple, NVIDIA, and Other Companies to Become Strategic Investors in Arm's U.S. IPO

        According to informed sources, SoftBank has identified some of $Arm Holdings(ARM.US)$ 's largest customers as strategic investors in the chip company's IPO, including $Apple(AAPL.US)$ , $NVIDIA(NVDA.US)$ , $Intel(INTC.US)$ , $Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.(SSNLF.US)$ , $Advanced Micro Devices(AMD.US)$ , $Cadence Design Systems(CDNS.US)$ , $Alphabet-A(GOOGL.US)$ , and $Synopsys(SNPS.US)$ .
Insiders have revealed that SoftBank has been in discussions with Arm's customers and partners for several months, and these plans are now just being solidified. However, as the company's IPO approaches, specific details may change. The company is expected to commence its investor roadshow next week.
It is reported that investors will contribute varying amounts ranging from $25 million to $100 million.
The support of some major players in the tech industry will help drive this offering, with Arm expected to raise between $5 billion and $7 billion through this IPO. SoftBank had previously aimed to value Arm between $60 billion and $70 billion, but this figure may ultimately fall between $50 billion and $55 billion.
