The government uses the FED to create economic stability by creating currency. Some of that is done thru the market. They buy trillions of dollars of shares to boost it. Which is what they did in 2020. Now they are dumping the shares onto the market. And that's why all of these reverse splits are being allowed. After a record amount of prospectus(offerings) in 2020 and 2021.
