SE has 3 main businesses - ecommerce, gaming and digital finances. All 3 don’t seem to have strong economic moats.
Maybe that is why the stocks is struggling.

paladinsir : largest number of sellers aka network effect is ecommerce moat. that means more variety of items to buy online. no moat for gaming. Large scale also means buyers can combine items to qualify for discounts or subsidies and the per order amount will be higher. Normally shipping discounts or cashback have min order amount. competitors can snatch market share but they have to pay more per transaction as largest player has economics of scale. Generally in a price war, the smallest market player lose
