the 5.8% is just for 1st month then reverts back to normal rate around 3.8%. also pls note you should get the coupon forst then transfer in new funds then apply coupon then invest ktherwise undint get tge 5.8%.
the us cso fund pays higher than fullerton without so much headache but note u need to change sgd > usd otherwise u r using margin which in usd costs u 4.6% / annum so most benefit gone. the exchange rates provided are also quite horrible, about 70 pips from market. best to change using revolut or some other platform then send in usd
