SigmaMonark : Some OTC you are only able to buy it here if you do this.... Set it to Limit Buy, Set your price, set you share amount, Set trading at Regular Hours, Set order for DAY and not GTC ... place your buy order and done. If it fails then leave all settings the same but adjust your price UP or DOWN until it takes your order. From there just sit back and relax and WAIT.
